Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which will be specified on our website from time to time. For orders below this minimum, a shipping charge of 149 INR will be applied at checkout. Orders typically take 5-6 business days to reach your doorstep. The shipping rates displayed at checkout are final and cannot be adjusted.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, an additional handling fee of 99 INR plus the applicable shipping charges will be added at checkout. To ensure smooth processing of your COD order, we will call your registered mobile number to confirm the order. If we are unable to reach you, we will follow up via email. Please note that if we cannot establish contact with you within 8 days of placing your order, it will be automatically canceled.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order on the same day it is placed by contacting our customer care team before the order is shipped. If the cancellation request is made in time, we will process a full refund to your account. Please allow 8-9 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds or replacements are only provided for single purchases if the product is damaged during shipping or in any other genuine case (as determined by us). To be eligible, you must contact our customer care team within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds for used products, as they cannot be resold.

Once return is approved we will provide refund within 8 to 9 days and it will be reflected in your original payment mode
